- (I literally woke up for this class 15 minutes before, almost missed it, glad I went, felt REALLY tired during the class)
No run today.
Notes: I have never sweat so much in my life. The past two days have been amazing. I absolutely LOVE waking up and sweating it out for 45 minutes and then sweating it out for another hour at the end of the day. I don't ever want to break from this routine...however, it is still early.
I have decided I want to replicate Jesse and David's 40-mile-run every 4 hours for 48 hours next weekend November 16-17. Only I am going to modify mine a bit and try to just do 2 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. That seems a lot more achievable while still being incredibly difficult. I'll also have Etta with me for a few of these runs which will make things challenging, but that's the whole point, right?
