Notes: My eating habits. They are terrible. I eat too much and too often. I'm like a garbage disposal that doesn't have an off switch. And I am not being cruel or practicing self-hate, it's true and the truth sucks. I started off the day great, just a banana on my way out the door some coffee and water. but as the day grew longer so did my bad habit. by lunchtime, I was shoveling Christmas tree-shaped Reeces cups down my throat and spoiling my lunch. Oh well. Tomorrow we start again.
I got a new pair of shoes a couple of hours before my run, the Hoka One One Men's Bondi 6. They are life-changing. I honestly don't think I could have done this run without them.
